The other guys will build you a house in a few months, these guys will build it over a longer period of time but they will really put the quality and the workmanship into your home. When the time comes to pick your flooring, exterior and interior colours, cabinetry, etc, Discovery will send you to different vendors one area at a time so you don't get overwhelmed. You don't just do everything all in one day and in one place like the other guys.

As well, once the foundation is poured and the walls and roof is up, Discovery will give you a set of keys so you can even check on your house after hours to make sure that everything is up to your liking. We are trained to build Net Zero and Net Zero Ready Homes but all of our homes not built to Net Zero standards are built to be more efficient than a code-built home. We strive to make use of materials in our homes that are sustainably sourced. Discovery Homes builds smarter, also utilizing best practices from building science to make your home as comfortable and as healthy as possible. If I could describe Discovery Homes in a phrase it would be, attention to detail. As a finish worker/contractor it’s no wonder that Discovery Homes continues to take home Gold awards at parade of homes. I’ve had a lovely experience with Discovery Homes staff and I hope to have more in the future.

You have kept us informed every step of the way and returned calls immediately. Your family of sub-contractors were awesome, indicating you have their respect as well. Each person we were in contact with from suppliers to designers and beyond worked to ensure our satisfaction, while still keeping on or ahead of schedule.
